Our family wish to extend our gratitude to you Gale, your Management and especially to one and all of the most dedicated personnel in Matron Naomi’s North Wing.
To the staff and all in the North Wing, for all the care John was given during his stay.
This care was also extended while in his unit, and we truly appreciated the correct firm and considerate decision to move John to frail care.
Betty, Dionysius and I, experienced the true hallmark of care-taking, a high degree of compassion, at the individual level all residents receive.
What pleased us the most is that during our short visit, the day before John’s passing he assured Betty he was ready to meet Our Lord.
