The environment Queenshaven created as her home over the past 26 years, particularly in the past few years at Lalapanzi when she required extra care, was of great comfort to me and my family. Her interactions I noted with her nurses reassured me that she felt great comfort in her twilight years with all your excellent and trusted staff. She constantly reassured me she felt safe and comfortable, even while we went through the COVID-19 pandemic.

- A part time private DOCTOR who visits Monday to Friday. This includes a Village Clinic run by nursing staff, three times per week
- SICK BAY for temporary accommodation for residents while recuperating from minor ailments, illness or post-operative care
- PHYSIOTHERAPY – Treatments by qualified therapists on a weekly basis
- AUDIOLOGIST services are available every second week
- PODIATRY services are available
- SOCIAL WORKERS who are available for daily consultation and counselling
- TRANSPORTATION SERVICE that visits the local shopping centres
- LIBRARY operated by residents twice a week. Large print books and DVDs are available
- CLOTHING BANK gently used clothing is sold to residents at nominal prices
- DSTV LOUNGE Residents congregate here to watch big rugby matches and cricket games
